Monitoring - We have been made aware of an issue with Inbond CHAPS payments from our 3rd Party processor. Currently inbound CHAPs payments are being delayed.

Our 3rd party processor is currently working to resolve this issue. We will provide a further update at 8pm or sooner if resolved earlier

Outbound CHAPS payments are not affected.

Update - We are currently investigating a delay to outbound Euro payments being processed by SEPA Credit Transfer. Outbound SEPA Instant Payments are still being processed normally.

Update - We're aware that there are issues with other participant banks (listed below) in regards to Outbound Confirmation of Payee and Payment Initiation.

The impact you will experience is below:
Payment initiations (via PISP) to Lloyds, Bank of Scotland, Halifax, NatWest, RBS is currently unavailable and will result in an error.
Outbound CoP (name verification) checks to the above banks, plus Clydesdale and Starling (and some other banks) will return a result code of NO_RESPONSE.

We have confirmed this issue is not with the Modulr platform and on initial investigation it appears to be an incident with shared infrastructure that these institutions use.
