Scheduled Maintenance
On Sunday the 4th of September at 00:00 our card processing partner will be completing essential maintenance for a maximum period of two hours, which may result in intermittent unavailability of our card services during this time. Please note this maintenance period impacts our Card Service only - all other payment services (i.e. Faster Payments) will operate normally.

During this period you may experience intermittent card creation, authorisation and card management failures. Where failures are experienced our API will return the appropriate failure codes in our responses to the requests you make.

Update - We are continuing to work with our card processor in order to fix the Visa Card Settlement file. We expect the issue to be resolved shortly and a further update will be provided in the next 2 hours.

This issue does not impact any other aspects of our cards service (i.e. authorisations, card creation etc.).

Identified - We have been unable to process the Visa card settlement file for the 11th and 12th of August due to an issue that we are currently working to resolve. This means that card settlement activity due to take place today has not been completed yet. We expect the issue to be resolved tomorrow morning and we will provide an update in the morning regarding this issue.

This issue does not impact any other aspects of our cards service (i.e. authorisations, card creation etc.).

Resolved - We can confirm our SEPA Service is now functional again and both Inbound and Outbound SEPA instant payments are being processed successfully.

Any outbound SEPA Instant payments that are pending still, will be processed as a SEPA Credit Transfer and will be processed accordingly.

Investigating - We are aware that attempts to make outbound SEPA Instant payments from Modulr accounts are currently not processing due to an issue we are experiencing with our SEPA service. This issue began at 16:09 GMT.

As of 16:21 we have held/queued all outbound SEPA Instant payment requests whilst we work to resolve this issue.

Any outbound SEPA Instant payments made between 16:09 and 16:21 will remain in a pending state whilst we work to understand if we can process them or not, once this issue is resolved. We will keep you updated on developments with regard to these payments.

Any inbound SEPA Instant payments made since 16:09 will likely fail until this issue is resolved.

All SEPA Credit Transfer payments are operating normally.
