Investigating - We are aware that attempts to make outbound SEPA payments from our FR and ES IBAN Modulr accounts are currently not processing due to an issue we are experiencing with our SEPA service. This started at 6.00am GMT
Any inbound SEPA payments made to a FR or ES IBAN will likely fail until this issue is resolved.
Please be assured that all transaction flowing through our NL, IE and GB Modulr accounts are not impacted.

On Sunday the 22nd of June between 01:00 and 03:00 GMT(UK time) our card processing partner will be completing essential maintenance, which may result in intermittent unavailability of our card services during this time. Please note this maintenance period impacts our Card Service only - all other payment services (e.g. Faster Payments) will operate normally.
During this period you may experience intermittent card creation, authorisation and card management failures. Where failures are experienced our API will return the appropriate failure codes in our responses to the requests you make.

Our banking partner for SEPA payments has notified us of a planned maintenance window scheduled for Saturday, June 7th, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:40 a.m. During this window, we will be unable to accept any SEPA payments or send any SEPA Instant payments. This replaces the maintenance that was scheduled between 11:00 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. that we previously communicated.
Outbound SEPA payments requested during this time will be sent via SEPA Credit Transfer and will remain pending until they credit the beneficiary account on Monday, June 9th.
To avoid any delays to time-critical payments, we recommend pausing the submission of SEPA payments during the maintenance window, as SEPA Instant payments will be available once the maintenance has ended.
All inbound SEPA payments attempted during this time will be rejected.
