Due to maintenance being completed by our SEPA payments processor, our SEPA Instant Payment service will be offline for a period of 15mins between 4:15 and 4:30am tomorrow morning (16/10/2025). During this time, payments may take longer than expected to be processed and in some cases may fail. Avoid taking any action until the payment has reached it's final status.

There will be a SEPA outage between 02:50 and 03:40 (UK TIME) this coming Sunday (the early hours of 05/10/2025).
Whilst the service will be out, due to the time there will be no impact on SEPA Credit Transfers, however, SEPA Instant payments will be affected. Please see the below breakdown for the impact to each element of this service:
- SEPA Credit Outbound: No impact - scheme closed for business, any payments created during this time will be held for Monday morning as they normally would. - SEPA Credit Inbound: No impact - scheme closed for business - SEPA Instant Outbound: Delay to payment processing - our queues will be paused meaning any payments made during this time will be held until the outage is over at which time they'll process as they normally would. - SEPA Instant Inbound: Unable to receive payments we will receive no payments from our third party partner during this time. Our partner will reject any they receive.
