Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated this issue further.

We can confirm that the issue has been resolved and that payments are processing as expected.

The majority of payments have now either been successfully processed or been rejected. We have begun the process of remediating the remainder.

We are still liaising with our third party provider to identify the root cause and return promptly to service as usual.

At this stage, we are still in the investigation phase. We will provide a further update as soon as we have more information to share.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue regarding SEPA Instant payments that began at 12.50.

Outbound SEPA Instant payments are currently unavailable and are being rerouted as SEPA Credit Transfers. These will process in line with our SEPA Credit Transfer timeframes, details of which can be found here: https://modulr.readme.io/docs/european-payments

Inbound SEPA Instant payments are unavailable.
