On the 05.06.2020 at around 4:00 AM we noticed an incident with our outbound payment service which resulted in payments taking longer than usual to process. Outbound payments were taking roughly 10 minutes to process.
We have since solved the issue at around 5:30 AM and all payments are currently processing as normal.
All inbound payments and our other services are processing normally.
