To ensure we continue to deliver a resilient service we will be completing a disaster recovery test with our card processor on Sunday 18th of October between 00:30 and 02:00. During this time all requested card activities, such as authorizations or the creation of new cards, will be declined as the service will be unavailable.
On completion of the test we will be in touch to confirm that card activities are available again.
