Resolved
Following a period of monitoring. We are pleased to confirm that the Customer Portal and Salary Supplier Payments Portal are fully operational following the outage. Users will now be able to login succesfully and customers who are also attempting to submit payments or beneficiaries through sage to our platform will process.

We have identified the cause of the outage and we are satisfied that the issue has been fully resolved.

We are beginning to see successful logins. We may see intermittent issues when trying to login at the moment.

Users can attempt login now. We are currently monitoring this and will advise when fully resolved.

We have identified an issue with our customer portal . When attempting to login users will be unable to access this service.

Customers who are also attempting to submit payments or beneficiaries through sage to our platform will also be impacted.
