We have experienced an incident which caused the platform to become unavailable on 03/01/21 between 2:19 to 2:24 in the afternoon. Our tech support have identified the root cause and has since fixed issue.
This affected outbound payments which would have failed during this time. Any payments with a failed status during this time can be retried and they will go through as expected.
