Monitoring
A fix has has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. For now outbound SEPA payments are flowing as expected.

We will continue to update the situation.

Investigating
As of around 11:30 we have been observing and investigating an issue with outbound Euro payments.

Currently all outbound payments are being held due to an issue with our third party provider.

Our technical team are working closely with our Banking Partner to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated regularly until this matter is resolved.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing and thank you for your continued patience whilst we work to resolve this issue.
