We can see that the creation requests are now coming through successfully.
As noted on the initial notification, this did not impact any other card service.
If you initiated a request to create a card during this outage, between 17:00:22 - 17:24:02 BST, please check to confirm that the card was not created before submitting a new request to avoid duplication.

Investigating
We have identified an issue with our third party partner in relation to debit cards. From our initial investigation it appears that the service is only impacting the creation of cards.
There is no impact in the authorisation and settlement of card payments nor is there any impact on the cancellation of blocking of cards.
