We have identified an issue affecting a small subset of payments. This will cause some Future Dated Payments that are due to be processed from 00:00 on the 26th of January to be delayed. This issue only impacts payments where the date the payment should be processed has been specified as the 26th of January. All real-time payments where no payment date has been included in the payment request will transact normally.

We anticipate that all impacted payments will be cleared by 9:45am. We will be in touch as soon as all delayed payments have been processed to confirm their completion.
