We have identified that the service degradation is due to an authentication issue affecting our SEPA Banking Partner. We are actively working with them to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an intermittent issue affecting both outbound and inbound SEPA Instant payments, which began at 01:24 today.
This issue is causing some outbound SEPA Instant requests to fail with status ER_EXTSYS, and some inbound SEPA Instant payments to fail to process.
Our teams are actively working with our banking partner to identify the root cause and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
