We will be completing an upgrade to our infrastructure between 20:00 and 23:59 on the 1st of March, which will deliver improved capacity, resilience and reliability to our services.

During this upgrade there will be a complete outage of all Modulr services:

- Our API will be unavailable and all calls will receive a 500 response
- Our Customer Portal will not be available
- Our outbound payment services will be unavailable (requests to make payments will not be possible)
- Any inbound payments made during this time will be held and applied once our services have resumed
